Browser Specific Problems: css alignment problem ff & IE7 show perfect but opera &Safari is not showing properly.

    hey plz help me in FF & IE7 the form in right named "eNews & Updates" show differently in different browser.
    subscribe in a reader shows left in safari but it shuld be center and the border line of the form when i saw on IE6 comes extream down . and safari & opera it goes up...
    i have used to manually position by using <span style="position:relative;top:6px;left:0px;">
    plz help me on that issue....
