FREELANCERS NEEDED
I am looking to develop a working relationship with a CSS coder who is both capable and reliable.

Much of the work I have hired for in the past year has been for integrating designs into Wordpress themes, coding landing pages, and straight HTML/CSS websites.

Projects I have coming up in near 2010 are user-interface coding, and a couple of websites. I have an immediate quickie touch-up project for a Wordpress website that would make a nice getting to know you project.

CRITERIA
I am looking mainly for U.S. and Canada-based freelancers. Nothing against people from other places, but I have had trouble dealing with time-differences. I am happy to talk to anyone from anywhere, but if I hire you, you must be willing to be available during U.S. work hours.

As I mentioned above, I need RELIABLE freelancers. This means you must be able to do what you say you can do. I am not looking to hire anyone who is sub-contracting work further. You must not disappear on me mid-project! This has been the biggest problem I have faced. I do a lot of e-mailing but I must be able to pick up the phone and call you when I need to.

You must be able to follow instructions, which will always be provided to you clearly.

From my end you get complete honesty and the fastest payment that you are likely to ever experience. I am your buffer with the end client. I am a coder myself so I know the ins and outs, the pain of dealing with clients.

Here is the talent I am looking for:

• CSS Coding -- Please be proficient and clean with your coding. Please have samples.


• PHP scripters -- If you code CSS and PHP, so much the better!


• Jquery Etc. -- The need is coming up more and more often.


• Flash animators and actionscripters -- We get a ton of Flash work.


• Designers -- My partner is a designer, but we have need for a freelance designer as well. First and foremost we need designers who are experienced web designers, but we may need e-mail designers and print designers too.


• Video professionals: Editors, Animators, Motion Graphics, Camera People
