I'm just polishing up a new site at http://tinyurl.com/efjwg but am starting to wonder if it's too text heavy. What do you think... could it do with some graphics?
I think a map on the contact page might be a good starting point...
personally I love the simplicity of it all. Paragraphing and smart line-height made it clean and easy on the eye. My suggestion would be to stick to your current structure and not to add more graphics (except for the contact page where either a map or a form could fill up the gap.)
The gradient on the left menu seems ok, but that "contact" button is close to invisible on my screen.
looks good, pretty text intensive but i think it works. Def sort the fade as it is very hard to read contact. Also not sure if it is just me but I didn't realise that the nav was on the left right away. I think because on the home pages those big tabs with rollover fooled me into thinking they where the nav
Good jobs! Not too much text for me, but i don't like navigation, it's not enough visible IMO, not only for the gradient effect but for the same thomas_p's reasons.

One good graphic on most of the pages would be ideal, I believe. I especially wanted to see a picture of each of the directors. I don't feel there's too much text, so much as my eye is looking for something graphic - perhaps a logo
