Anything Goes: Outlook background image?

    Is the way to display background image in outlook?
    I know it's pretty safe to use background color which works ok most of the time but not having much luck with outlook displaying backround image.

    in Outlook 2000/2003 yes. in outlook 2007 no.

    I think cannot be done in outlook 2007. Haven't tried it though.
