CSS & HTML: New to CSS searching for a little help....

    My project seams relatively easy. But I only know a little a bought css, so if some one could give me a hand that would be grate.

    First this is my layout done in Photoshop:

    Now how would I make it stay looking like that by using css?

    Second, should I make multiple pages for different screen resolutions. Or will their be no need once I use css.

    It will work for all resolutions. I set it to overflow auto so the box will scroll once you fill it.
