CSS & HTML: Site showing fine except in Opera

    Hi!

    Need some help troubleshooting a site i am working in. The site validates with 0 errors but for some strange reason the hover action on the menu is weird.
    http://www.jhauan.com/clients/epcon
    It works fine in both IE and Firefox but not with the Opera browser.
    In the applications part of the menu you can see it hovers half of the text only and in the other menues nothing at all.

    I cant find any reason for this, since my code should be very nice.
    And you can also see it removes the padding on both sides of the links.
    Any help much appreciated.
