Browser Specific Problems: IE7 :hover state won't go away

    I'm implementing a psedo-class hover, which works on real browsers but on IE7 is causing the hover to stick around even after the mouse is moved away. I'm a bit confused as to what's going on so any thoughts would be helpful.
