I PRODUCE LARGE VOLUMES OF PORK-BASED FOOD PRODUCTS!
I need to hire someone for ongoing projects.

    Projects will include:
    --------------------------------
    - converting PSD's into w3c compliant css sites
    - designing complete websites (all css)

    Please send me:
    1) links to sites you've built
    2) your hourly rate
    3) how much you would charge to build a 5 page static small business website from scratch. Just a basic site with company info, etc

    Thanks!

It's hip to reply to freelance listings that are 3 months old. wh00p.

Tangental data since not everyone gets access to this kind of thing: this person visited SkillShare 3 times, and this is their only post ever.

I wouldn't count on hearing back from them.

You never know when somebody will need more work done, or an update. Networking is #1 when it comes to getting contracts / work, and that is exactly why people like myself reply to old messages, or email the person asking. You obviously have not fully grasped that part of it.
    Cheers

philmorley (and rsatyarthi), Instead of bumping old post to the top for an obviously outdated post in persuit of your own networking -- why not save us all the trouble and contact them directly like we all do?

I think nifkin was right on; the original poster has not been on Skill Share since March, and when he was on, it was only on for 4 days.

If your responses are of value to the community, people will find you.

I agree with Martin. If you are a valuable member of this community, and you have a link to your well designed portofolio with solid examples of your work in your profile people seeking designers will contact you.

I have been contacted (and hired - without soliciting my services) a handful of times by people who discover my portfolio through this site.

Publicly attempting to contact a stranger from a months old thread smacks of desperation.
