    I've been reading http://www.smileycat.com/miaow/archives/000222.html with great interest as I'm currently developing a standard approach to web design at my work with a colleague...

    Has anyone got any recommendations or tips for doing this?

    All website jobs are different so the hardest thing seems to be writing something that is specific enough to be useful, but not so vague that isn't useful to the client.

    (I've been looking at http://www.alistapart.com/topics/process/projectmanagementworkflow/ and http://www.digital-web.com/articles/web_redesign_2_workflow_that_works/ as well)

    I would recomand that you read web redesign 2.0 It's a great book with step by steps on how to work on a project .
