Freelancing: Email "contract" content recommendations

    Here's a question that has always nagged me. For shorter projects that come my way, payment is usually done up front before the project starts. On a few occasions the client requests an "email" project contract . Does anyway have any recommendations for a simple "contract"? Anything worth copying and pasting?

    Hi!

    Usually it's very simple document.
    Containing next:
    1. Short introduction - description of the project.
    2. Details of the project (exactly what client will get)
    3. Term and conditions
    4. Conclusion - project timeline and schedule and some misc stuff.
    5. Additional services if there is any - optional
