    I made a site that scales up without breaking, but it does not scale down, at least not in Firefox. It seems that Firefox does not allow people to decrease the text size beyond the value specified in the body, 62.5%. Is there a way to fix this?

    Sounds like there may be a minimum font size set -- look for 'Fonts & colors' in your options/preferences.
