Hi everyone. This is actually my first post here.. and its feels Great! Hello to everyone!
I am fairly new to the freelance industry. I haven't worked on a project in a long time, but before I do start again, i wanted to touch base on contracts.
does anyone suggest how a proper contract is created? any sites that talk about freelance web design contracts? suggestions? samples? any input would help. Thanks everyone.

My experience with Skill Share tells me that "we" won't just move on to the proper post created about this same topic -- so let me save some time and repost my comment here as well (hopefully its helpful freshgirl604).

I have a full-time job, so most of the clients I seek tend to be "smaller" organizations. I have noticed (through much trial and error) that my client base tends to like shorter documents; one pagers. I have a standard that I've stuck too, feel free to use it if you find it helpful. I am sure some people will disagree with my approach, but it has gotten me a lot of business -- so, I consider it successful.
