I have a community site that is quite large http://www.usefilm.com (photography related). I would like someone to take the current design and improve it. Currently we need someone that is able to design flexibly due to the complex nature of the site.

Ideally I would prefer someone show me a sample of what they could do with 1 or 2 pages on the site and then make the decision to move forward with the design. The site needs to work with ie 5.5+, firefox, opera, and safari.

You may need to create a few icons, i'm even open to purchasing those. The site has logged in and logged out feature differences on the same page.

We have a development server where you can try out designs if needed. The site is ASP and ASP.net but if you are not a programmer we could probably work something out that we do the big implementation and you provide the valid markup and design in a manner thats mutually agreeable.

The site is complex and we need someone who can deliver on time and stay within the projects budget. A project fee is appropriate vs hourly rates as I think that works best for both parties involved.

I will be speaking with designers this week and next, so if you are interested point me to a few examples of a COMMUNITY based layout that you have done - no blogs.

The site is big, complex, and dynamic and I prefer to speak wtih those that are very serious about what they do. It would make an ideal portfolio piece for a good designer.
