CSS & HTML: Absolutely positioned element disappears in IE

    I think this is an Internet Explorer bug but I can't find a solution on Position Is Everything, so I decided to ask here.

    Here is the page.

    The navigation tabs that are in the top right corner of the page are positioned absolutely. The problem is that they are not displayed in IE.

    If anyone has experienced something similar or knows about a possible solution, please help me. Thanks in advance.

    When this bug happened to me it was the most frustrating bug I think I have ever come across. Yes its IE only (of course) and yes, absolutely positioned elements will just simply dissappear under certain circumstances pertaining to the source order of variously positioned elements. Bizzarre. Luckily for you, your hair does not have to start turning white trying to find a solution to this bug (like mine did). The following link is the one that saved my hide in the end. It should tell you all you need to know about this horror and how to work around it (not the best solution, by the way, but it works).
