A senior group of developers, led by a seasoned entrepreneur, is looking for a designer to help finalize a template page design and CSS for a new website built from the ground up on Ajax. Our product is based on an original idea, and most of the development is finished- with the exception of applying a standard UI to all pages.

Our current status: an outside design firm has created a template page design and delivered a PSD (in our opinion, it's high quality). However, it needs to be refined. We have a production XHTML / CSS coder to do integration of the final design into our pages, but need you to oversee the effort and handle design / UI challenges that will certainly arise.

You'll be working with a great group of people, including a senior member of the Apple iTunes team (who you can turn to for help or ideas). Compensation is part cash, part equity.

To quality, you should:
- have real-world experience in XHTML & CSS, with superior talent as a designer
- want to be part of a next gen web start-up company
- be ready to dedicate time after hours / on weekends as needed to deliver results
