CSS & HTML: How to control body width in IE?

    Hi!

    I've been working on this site for a while and when I thought I could give it a 'pass' I see this strange thing that happens in IE (version 6 on WinXP): My body doesn't keep inside the width I told it to (or I thought I did), and it widens a little bit to the right (which isn't really much of a bother but I'd really like to know why do always such strange things happen).

    I get an other problem actually, it is my body's borders disappear in Opera (v9.0 on WinXP too).

    If any of you know the reasons for both things I would be very thankful if you could tell me, or a way to fix it.

    You're better off wrapping your content in a container div and applying the layout styles to it instead of the body.
