    I am in need of someone highly skilled at producing full CSS sites designed to accomodate drop down navigation and dynamically generated content. Must be compliant in all browsers. My firm will be providing the page designs in PSD form and would need you to convert them into the CSS based templates. The job is for a high profile account, so only experienced applicants wanted.
