Hey guys,
I'm searching for some developers for a new project. It's a photocommunity and fully based on Ruby on Rails and Ajax! We aren't able to pay you but a sympathic and motivated team like that isn't easy to find these days and much more important than money :D

Just out of curiosity... what's in it for the developer that helps on the project?

I just got off the phone with my bank. They said don't worry about sending a check for this month's mortgage as long as I'm working with a "sympathetic and motivated" team which the bank values much more than money. -
