I have a client who runs his own blog, but I do his image editing for him when he wants to post a photo. Anyone know of an online tool or a very basic software tool that will edit a photo's dimensions and maybe do some basic web optimization? A Wordpress plugin would do also.

Anyone heard of any headway flickr is making on this? I know I have some options with the desktop upload tool, but nothing online and nothing robust.
