CSS & HTML: Minor IE issues

    I'm just working on the home page for a site I'm doin, all workin lovely... in firefox.

    IE 6 is playin ok but is being weird in ways I don't understand...

    1. On my main nav the bottom border on the hover isn't appearing

    2. A few of my headings (the main H2 that says HOME PAGE and the date numbers down the side) are being "eaten away" they are being squished.

    3. The FUTURE DATES star isn't appearing where is should. I've applyed a pngfix.js file so that it recognises the alpha channel but it just won't site where it should. Its positioned absolutly.

    4. Lastly the LINKS TO ALL OUR FRIENDS button is going weird on hover.

    Right, to my delight I've sorted it!

    1. Needed to add position: relative

    2. Added height: 100%

    3. Wrapped the sucker in a good old div

    4. Needed to clear my paragraph that was wrapping my link

    all is well!
