I have found several collections at my bookshop and bought Graphic Ornaments by the Pepin Press.

You might try DeviantArt, click the dropdown to find sections for Photoshop brushes, shapes, PSDs, etc. They also have a lot of other program resources as well. -
thanks alot i didnt find anythinf on Devian Art but will definatly check out Graphic Ornaments
