    Yes, a very complicated title. I'm trying to get this effect. Notice when you scroll, the navigation stays in place, but the journal scrolls? A tutorial for this would be nice :D Thanks

    That effect can be achieved using position:fixed; (possibly with a JS fix for IE<7 since position:fixed doesn't work there).
