    I'm researching a bit on how "modern" Internet portals are designed -- and I haven't found any that actually look good. Take a look at e.g. http://realestate.yahoo.com/ and http://hotjobs.yahoo.com/ .. Not very impressive.. can't they do better than that?

    Does any of you know sites of this kind, that actually look modern and nice?

    Hmmm tough one...

    http://www.zillow.com/ is a bit nicer than those... but only just...
