hello ... I've programmed my own CMS ...I have it like 3 years now. An now I'm recoding it, to work with classes ... but I'm also looking for a new interface for my CMS backend .... So my question is like ... of all the CMS you have seen, wich one was the best interface?

I would recommend recoding it so it uses templates, then the front-end developer has complete control over the XHTML.

yeah I use templates ... I use XTemplate with PHP. What I meant was that my CMS doesn't use classes at all, just bunch of functions. Now I'm recoding it to be more OOP. And ofcourse I will also use templates ... can't live without it ;-)

    Oh.. hahaha.

My bad. I assumed you were talking about XHTML class attributes. But yeah, OOP is the way to go for something big like a CMS.

37Signals.com has excellent user interfaces. I know they aren't CMSs, but just the overall approach is something you can take inspiration from.
