Hey all. I started a small web design company a little over three years ago that has blossomed nicely. I have programmers and two designers I'm happy with. At the moment, I'd like to begin building a relationship with an outside freelancer or two for overflow work and the occasional "outside the normal flow" thoughts.

My business has grown from into what it has due to one word that everyone I hire realizes and understands. Excellence. I expect and am willing to pay for what I consider the best as long as the end result is excellence to our clients.

I don't care where in the world you are, as long as you have the ability to produce excellence, to communicate excellence, and to meet deadlines with excellence.
