hey everyone... last night SXSW Interactive posted their Interactive Panel Proposal Picker for 2007. It allows the community to choose which panel ideas they feel are most relevant to the industry's biggest conference. Although you wouldn't know it from the list, Alex (the man behind CSS Beauty) is a speaker on the following proposed panel:

    Passionate Web Entrepreneurship
A look at the trials and tribulations of running a niche content-based website and the never-ending pursuit of "success". We'll examine the time it takes to design, build, operate and grow such a site... as well as look at advertising and how it impacts (and supports) what we do. In a nutshell... why we do it, how we do it and when we do it.

Votes will help determine a high percentage of the panels for the 2007 event, so if you appreciate what Alex has done with CSS Beauty and want to hear him speak about it, then please go ahead and cast your vote!

Just voted! The "JavaScript World Title Fight" looks to be really interesting as well.

This is going to be my first SXSW and so far looks like it is going to be amazing!

He hates Texas. Nothing worse than walking around Austin and hearing visitors complain about Texas.

Haha, your reason was because you don't want me there. I didn't know I have such an impact.

You just seemed so wishy-washy about a simple decision. I only offered a more disciplined answer. A simple 'no.'

How far are you driving anyway? Take a bus and sleep through the worst parts of Texas.
